Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Second Shot Armory. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Type

Second Shot Armory specialises in pre-loved, rebuilt, and upgraded airsoft guns. We do not sell new airsoft guns, nor do we offer repairs or upgrade services on customer-supplied guns.

2. Warranty

We provide a 1-month limited warranty on all airsoft guns sold through Second Shot Armory. This warranty covers:

  • Internal mechanical faults not caused by misuse

  • Electrical failures related to our upgrades or rebuilds

This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from gameplay

  • Damage due to improper use, disassembly, modification, or third-party tampering

  • External cosmetic damage

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us with details and photos. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of refurbished items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrives faulty (not related to shipping damage)

  • The issue is covered by our 1-month warranty

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping

We ship within the UK only. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Liability

By purchasing from Second Shot Armory, you agree that:

  • You are over 18 years of age or have the appropriate defence to purchase airsoft RIFs under UK law

  • You understand how to safely operate and maintain airsoft equipment

  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

7. UKARA

UKARA & Two-Tone Conditions

To comply with UK law, all purchases of Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) are subject to the following conditions:

  • UKARA Registration:
Customers must be 18 years or older and provide a valid UKARA number at checkout. This allows us to verify your eligibility to purchase a RIF in its realistic finish.

  • No UKARA? No Problem – Two-Tone Option:
If you are not UKARA registered, we can supply your Airsoft gun in a Two-Tone colour scheme (brightly painted parts such as blue or green) as legally required.
This does not affect performance, only appearance.

  • Verification:
Orders without UKARA details will automatically be finished in Two-Tone. No exceptions.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements.
